We are not an airline, airport authority, or baggage handling service, and we do not directly control airline decisions or timelines. However, we do provide hands-on support in navigating the recovery process and connecting with the right parties.

  • In the unlikely event the service has not yet begun, a refund request may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
